I was tempted to turn it off after 70 minutes after yet another 35 yard shot from Ghana. USA were frustratingly compact and organised offering nothing in terms of discernible talent, while Ghana were erratic and completely lacking in any kind of nuance to break down the defence despite being allowed to have the ball all game. There's only so many Muntari blasts into the crowd, overhit crosses and Beckermen tackles a human can take in 90 minutes.
