16 out of the 30 places have been paid for. We either play half and half on the sunday. i.e. 15 of us at 10am and 15 at 2pm, or find a new date. I've said i'll ring them back at 12 so ideally responses in the next hour.

The other option is i book the 1 team slot for the 16 people who have paid me, partially refund people as we'll have an extra player in the team, and then those who haven't paid can organise between themselves.

We can't play in the 2pm as another team have booked one of the slots. What we can do is book half of us in the 2pm and half of us in the 10am game? The other option is to change the date. Need to know consensous asap.

It's £1300 per team, so its £100 a head if we have 26, or less if we have 30 (£86.67). If people send £86.67 in the first place and then if it goes up to £100 we can send more. I'll set up a google spreadsheet so people can confirm the payment reference they put on it so i can match payments to people. Expect a PM soon.
