  1. Very interesting website. Goes all the way back to 2007. Worth a read http://www.heedarmy.co.uk/new-stadium/
  2. Wiki says - Sadler left to join Plymouth Argyle. Hartlepool United's Director of Youth Development for the past five years, Terry Mitchell, has been appointed as Gateshead's new assistant manager and first team coach. Mitchell, 49 on Saturday week, replaces Adam Sadler who was appointed during the summer but left after just one training session to take up a coaching post at Plymouth Argyle.
  3. Hope so Kaizero is there any chance we can see the email sent/recieved from the SBRF?
  4. Good. Wonder what the reception will be by Toonf ans on 16th August
  5. Just though of an idea! If the SBRF thing goes tits up, what do you reckon about contacting Brown Ale logo to be used? Or would that just not work at all?
  6. I just cannot see it working without SBRF. I may be wrong, but... Even if they give us a no. I still think we should try hard to change their minds on things...
  7. Its red numbering and you choose which number. I got 5 me da got 9. And it's a white sewn patch, with the red numbering sewn onto the patch. It looks good though because the patch isn't too big and it goes well with the shirt
  8. Ah ok. Plenty of time to sort something out
  9. When do you plan to get back to them? And how? In person/by phone/email?
  10. We can give them all the money we want. It's about them endorsing the project and their logo being displayed on the shirt. Like you have already said, their worry is that it is an anti Ashley protest, we have to get the message across that this isn't the case. This. I really would love this to happen. When did they say they wanted to talk in more detail?
  11. Fu** sake. What are the plans to persuade them then?
  12. Building work due to start October and finish July next year I believe. Good good. The sooner the better IMO. The plans look really good and the grandstand looks like a great idea
  13. Aye that would look good. Just like the old fashioned tops used to look like. No name just a number. It looks really good on my 60's TOFF's shirt. Can't find a link with the number though
  14. Sorry, didn't know either of that. Very good particularly the last point
  15. I know what you mean. But it doesn't matter really cos SBR did play there The more i see the town crest on the shirt the more i prefer it to our badge! Still love our crest though
  16. Really like that. The sponsor logo isn't great but the Town Crest fits nicely and goes with the red nike tick
  17. £265 for adults (16 and over) I only go to the odd game to be fair. I think their highest crowd was around 800. Whitley Bay get around 450 and their away following is 200. I know the furthest they have to travel is in the North East though
  18. I should imagine Nike would have a system in place where sponsors and logo's can be added ontop of them and a bulk buy price guide aswell for any local teams wishing to use that shirt and possible sell on to fans. Ah so have we moved away from the Virgo idea now?
  19. Change thread title now please? Howay Heed, i really hope its going to get better for them. Season tickets are a bit of a rip off mind. Might be cheaper if they move to their own stadium though?
  20. That is the one! But with it being Nike will a computer whizz kid have to try and re-create that jersey and put on the coat of arms and the Logo to send to Virgo etc etc. Kaizero i just want to reiterate what has been said. Well done I'm sure if the design is good and it has the coat of arms, red numbers (fingers crossed) and it all goes ok with the SBRF i can easily flog about 10 off to immediate family alone
  21. All the more reason for one of the nice mock ups some people on here created.
  22. That's ok. I really like the look of the Coat of Arms on though. I can see why you chose the 01-03 season shirt. But i think thinner stripes and black and white all round would look better. But a decent attempt
