Tickets are £15 so might be quite high.

Financially yes - but that is not the only criteria used to judge the worth of a club is it? Attendance is relevant to many people, myself included. It's the lifeblood of the game. Merchandise may be important in some ways but you can't fill a stadium with Lofty the Lion replicas can you Apart from attendance, in which I believe we're something like 25-26th in England, Bolton are historically one of the top 20 teams in the country (perhaps not this season!), in terms of time in the top flight, points in the top flight, trophies won, etc. Check the facts if you don't believe me. Hence, people saying that they don't deserve to be in the Premiership because they've got a load of gloryhunters in their area is a bit silly.

The debt is to Eddie Davies, our benefactor. Is he likely to call it in or he is just a fan of the club done well? No idea. He is a fan of the club though

It's utterly irrelevant because TV rights (and merchandise) are far more important these days

Are you really that stupid?

Unfortunately Bolton haven't been a bit of a soap opera like ourselves, and Blackburn are becoming with their slowly becoming clear mentalist owners. Never quite understood the media's obsession with us (the bad stuff) myself. His post match interview was classic today. Semi blaming the players performance, added to that suspensions and injuries and then my particular favouite the I have always been successful line. This will not end well and I'm chuffed about it. I actually don't mind Coyle but am no fan of Gartside Aye Gartside was one of the first to come out with no relegation thing wasn't he, a while back but i'm sure it was him. Think he was. Can't stand him. They're skint i think and with their pitiful support are only going in one direction. Coyle was saying that he was gutted for the 600 travelling fans today. Crock of s**** club. Give me a Sheff Weds and day of the week. I'm surprised 600 travelled with the way we've played this season. Once again fans are judging clubs on attendance, when frankly it's an utter irrelevance these days. Dear me. Either way, you do a "historical Premier League" and Bolton would be in there.

I read it's our worst run of form since 1902. How sh*t must we have been then?!?
-
Coyle has 9 points from the last 21 games? Precisely.
-
Last 21 games, Kean at Blackburn has taken 18 points. Coyle at Bolton has 9. Yet people think we should stick with him! How bizarre.

I was on Sammy's Wikipedia page just now and saw this delight: Full name Samuel Ameobi[1] Date of birth 1 May 1992 (age 19) Place of birth Newcastle upon Tyne[2], England Height 1.90 m (6 ft 3 in)[2] Playing position Missionary position

5 points adrift now, oh dear.
-
Klasnic giving me some false hope... I read a stat saying that he's the 2nd most lethal striker in the Prem this year in terms of goals scored: chances. Demba Ba was 1st.
-
We've offered absolutely nothing. Our backline is all over the place. Coyle out by the end of the day please.
-
How's the white Michael Ricketts doing?
-
I'm half-hoping we lose 10-0 and Coyle gets sacked. The number of dismissals we're getting under him is disgraceful, it must make up for the lack of training we do mid-week.

Wow, utterly shocked by this news. He certainly was one of my favourite Bolton players, a fantastic captain who gave his all for the club and a consummate professional. Gave 100% commitment, and was the lynchpin of the best Bolton team I'm ever likely to see. It was always a pleasure to watch him play - I remember him being at the stadium when he scored a fantastic overhead kick - not bad for a 36-year old! I also had the pleasure of meeting him a couple of times at functions at the Reebok, a nicer man you could not wish to meet. RIP Gary.

For the umpteenth time this season, we have a decent first half then concede immediately after the break. Good motivator, that Coyle.

i think its almost the opposite, i reckon theyve become to serious...they used to make alot of jokes but its like something went off on them and suddenly its like "right, we need to be more serious and analytical"...i used to love the 10 minute sections talking about Torres being dreamy etc. In fairness, they do cover the occasional bizarre stories which you don't hear on other podcasts, the Going for Glold part is usually quite fun, and I like the Hall of Fame segment, even though it's copied from Wikipedia every time. However, if I hear "Paolo Maldini" or "X years before/after the summer of love" again...

I personally think he's a good presenter, but can see why people don't like him. At least he's stopped singing now! The thing is, the WFPI is only part of the 5-hour Up All Night programme (all of which he hosts by himself) so he has to be a versatile presenter. He does a good job imo. Though, if you Google him, I seem to be in the minority.

I'm surprised that infamous picture of the crowd hasn't been posted yet.

Ramble has gone down massively these days, just too cliquey now. I suppose it's expected when it's four fans rather than pundits, but they spend half the time on in-jokes.
-
Andy Carroll must be loving this news.
-
Nice to see Suarez saving the goals for the games that really matter, ie. any game not involving Liverpool.
-
Congratulations, he's picked a name that is worse than the Reebok Stadium.
