Pathetic attempt at a dive for a penalty as well.
It wasn't a dive though.
It was like. Hardly touched him.
-
Awful player. We need to lose the sentiment and get rid of him in the summer along with Ranger and Lovenkrands.
£35 Million alone needs to be spent on strikers.
-
So a deflection and then a dive. Typical trip to anfield then. Could someone please nuke merseyside? Thankyou.

Get Lovenkrands and Ameobi off at HT. Nolan and Ranger up front, with Raylor coming on.
Raylor Barton Tiote Jonas
Nolan
Ranger

Why isn't there goal-line technology? Serious question here, what actually are the fundamental arguments against it, in the eyes of the footy bosses?
I think the big reasons are:
- The want to keep the game flowing
- The cost
- The inability to implement it across all levels of football
The second argument is a load of bull too. If players can get six figures a week, I'm sure clubs can afford a tiny sliver of that for goal line technology. The second argument could also solve the third one if FIFA dipped into their brown envelopes...

That badge looks properly shite!

Krul
Simpson Williamson Colo Jose
Tiote
Raylor Barton Nolan Jonas
Ameobi

Fail. NUFC.com have him listed as OK. Double fail.
-
Can see us going into this one in 451 formation due to the major lack of options
Krul
Simpson, Colocini, Williamson, Enrique
Raylor, Barton, Tiote, Gutierrez
Nolan
Ameobi
Subs: Harper, Lovenkrands, Saylor, Ranger, Kuqi, Ferguson, Campbell
0-2 defeat
That formation isn't actually too bad. Despite Raylor being a dreadful full back, he can be useful on the right. Jonas can provide the pace and trickery whilst Raylor could work the ball around with Barton. However, I still think Nolan is better attacking from deeper, and as such prefers to play CM.
I would like to see:
Krul
Simpson Williamson Colo Jose
Tiote
Barton Guthrie Nolan Jonas
Ameobi
I think this limits our potential to get humped with Tiote protecting our defence from the bin rippers getting too much time to work good openings and I'd like to see Williamson and Colo use their aerial prowess to limit them humping the ball at us. Obviously, we're not going to score a hat-full like this, but I'm holding out for a 1-0 win the like of which we got at Arsenal.
-
I'll be happy if we give a good account of ourselves and don't get epically humped. I'l also be happy if we get a fair referee, but pigs will fly first...
-
So gutted they got three points against Wigan. If only they had lost, they would be in a whole world of pain!
Long may it continue!
-
Oh s***! Bin rippers can go above spuds with a five goal win tomorrow. As if we needed them firing up for this!
Eh? Any win and they go above Spurs.
Wrong GD you're looking at.
Have I biffed it again?!
-
Even if we somehow matched them, I could still see Gerrard doing a ludicrous dive somewhere near the half way line and getting a pelanty. Somehow, the bin rippers always seem to provide the most depressing opposition for us (Last game notwithstanding!).

I think when he has come on he's offered infinitely more than Ranger and should be given a start in the last few games.
That said, if his playing contract is renewed, then that means the club hasn't signed a couple of good strikers in the summer, which would be a massive failure by Pardew and Ashley.
Hopefully he will score against WBA last game of the season, throw his shirt into the crowd and sign a non-playing coaching contract in order to mentor the likes of Ranger and bring a bit of realism into their lives.

We're onto a complete dry bumming here. We're playing badly, have no strikers and always seem to fare terribly against the bin dippers.
I absolutely despise the scousers, even more than the mackems, and it's absolutely nailed on that Carroll will hit a hat-trick against us, as well as Ben Arfa coming off the bench to get his leg re-broken.
Won't be watching the match tomorrow, it's got epic fail written all over it...
Cheer up you can always watch it Sunday with the rest of us.
Thought it was on ESPN? Irrelevant though, will just go riding my bike instead of watching/listening to us getting pumped.
SSN would be even worse! My fist would go through my telly watching that big nosed c*** loving it as Judas scores.
My wife told me it was tomorrow. I believed her like a mong. I apologise.
-
I take it tomorrow is his trial for the wall pushers then?
Hope he plays a blinder so we get a fortune for him come summer!
They holding a private training session or something?
I apologise. I think I must have been taking crack or something. Misinformed...
-
Why's he got hair around the base of the glans?
He doesn't. He's pulled the foreskin back and that's all the smegma.
f***ing hell man
If that's the case, then he's also got smeg on his balls. Dorty bastod!

Would love someone to splash the cash and bring him to England. Know there's prob much chance of it happening but Messi on MOTD week in week out would be
Would you really want Messi at Man City?
I'm sure he would thrive playing in the World's most defensive midfield ever!

Standing in the home end in the SoS, I was taken aback at the way the unwashed were going on. Not a single chant was sung. Not one. All that happened was the home fans stood there and individually shouted abuse whilst fuming away. Absolutely toxic. The away fans sung their hearts out throughout, with renditions of s*nderland's a shithole et al. Difference is, the chants were funny, what the mackems were doing was just angry and aggressive.
I think if chants are funny and 'banter' it's fine, the same way as taking the p*ss out of your mates in the pub is fine. But you wouldn't scream at your mate in his face that he was a c***. That would get you glassed. Same way that chanting about dead players and stuff is not funny, that's just fighting talk.

Why should we waste £4m on Ireland when he blatantly is a massive risk for not much gain?
Just because we've got 30 millionish to spend doesn't mean we should spend it for the sake of spending it.
If I had £5000 in the bank, I wouldn't withdraw £500 and then flush it down the toilet just because I had spare money.
People said this when we signed barton and nolan
I didn't.

If Lua Lua didn't intensely piss off the entire fanbase of Newcastle United in one match when on loan for Pompey, he might have had a future at the club!
Ameobi is just thoroughly dogshit!
