He's a fucking lord all right...

Golf and dartsDoes Steve Harper have any hobbies? it seems like all he's been doing for the last 17 years is watch every game we play.
He also plays and umpires cricket, has a degree from the open university and is a fully qualled up ref.

Hart
Simpson Dawson Cahill Cole
Walcott Barton Johnson Lennon
Carroll Bent
Never to darken the doors of the England squad again:
Terry
Lampard
Rooney
Ferdinand
Beckham
Gerrard
Glenn Johnson
Cole
Heskey
Why you ask? All you have to do is watch the WC to see why none of these players are fit to wear the shirt. Ever again.
-
Why don't we just go the whole hog and sign:
Srnicek
W. Barton
Howey
Albert
Beresford
Fox
Lee
Batty
Ginola
Ferdinand
Asprilla
Get them all out of retirement!

This man has got England written all over him.

A lot of people on here are forgetting that when Robert was bad, he was DREADFUL! It was like playing with 10 men on the pitch if he was in a sulk. Yes he did the odd belting free kick, but for each one of those, 10 went into row Z.
Ginola was a class attacking player, and his freekicks were also class. He left under a bit of a cloud, but there is no doubting what he bought to the team.
Insomnia could have been class, but he never really hit the heights he is capable of. I would never have paid 10 million for him! Too sulky and just not in the same league as the other three.
HBA could prove to be our best ever, but he hasn't had the chance to prove himself yet.
Fot that reason, Ginola is the best.

Dunno if mentioned, but never seen a more crappy attack than ours tonight!
Best, Ranger and Loven all championsship strikers....fact!
Not fact. This is a PL match between two PL clubs. They are PL strikers. Fact. Ner ner ner ner ner.

I could be watching this, but I'd rather be in the dining room on the pc with you guys.
Sounds like I did the right thing.
You f***ing povo!
I'm sat in the living room, watching on Sky with my Macbook!
Poke that in your council house arse!
Ah, snap. ha
Would you like another canapé with your champagne?
Actually, scrap that, I;m drinking Fosters. From a glass though, so not in a pikey way!

This is quite possibly the worst game I've ever seen
Hadaway and shite man! You clearly weren't at the Man City-Newcastle match when Souness got sacked.
-
Jonas would be absolutely brilliant on a pitch with no other players. As soon as he is required to pass, he just can't!
-
To be fair, he functionally retired about 5 years ago.
-
Would have been a mega soft pen though.
-
Commentators fucking whinging about Willi. Biased twats.
-
Yellow card for that shit haircut!

Harper did well there. Colo has been good, and Ranger looks like he might make something. We're defo onto three points here. Will be pissed off if we don't win. It's like the WHU match.
Really? Because I'm in the same boat as Dave. Feels like 'one of those days'. I don't feel like we're going to carve anything major out.
Because Fulham are so poor, it's ours to throw away.
-
I think Jonas is justifying why we should play Barfa on the left.

If Jonas learnt to pass or shoot, he'd be immense.
-
Fucking hell Jose man, don't fucking around when you're the last man!
-
lol as if Mido would even come here after all that racism hassle
That was a load of hot air that, BTW.

21 minutes gone, and no quality. We really are missing Tiote and Barfa.
The looking-on-the-bright-side thread.

Thing is though, we haven't had the luck! Last minute equalisers against the unwashed and the spuds cost us four points, we've had an injury list as long as my arm for most of the season and we have sorely missed Ben Arfa and now Ameobi too. Also, the refereeing has been diabolical against us, so if we HAD had some luck, we'd be about sixth in the table about now!
