It would massively depend on the type of weights too. You have different types of muscle fibres and some lend themselves better to longer, endurance based events, which I would say Anthony is definitely in, as opposed to fast twitch fibres which Olympic Sprinters, weight-lifters, etc... would typically develop. You then have fibres in the middle which basically 'lean' in the direction you are training, so i.e. you do more fast and explosive type movements, then your pink intermediate fibres will transition more towards fast twitch fibres.

Pick that out! The tactics are spot on in attacking down Man Utd's left. They know Salah won't track back and TAA can be dodgy defensively and that is where most of their chances have come from!
