Where from? Good news anyway and I always thought it was totally precautionary but with our luck didn't want to be overly hopeful.

Who's going to be 1st to tell him?
-
Aye Everton will play for corners now I'd imagine.

I'm 90% sure we'll lose but ffs I'll be watching and hoping as always. Do folk only watch matches they think we'll win? -

Hillsborough 74 is still my favourite all time Newcastle match. Supermac in his pomp. -

I mentioned earlier but Palhinha was definitely labouring towards the end of the Liverpool match. -

We had plenty prepared to pay £500 last round against lower league opposition. It's an absolute bargain. -
Aye, think I'll watch second half.

I thought Palhinha looked tired and was noticeably slower around the pitch for the last 20 mins or so. Hopefully he needs to sit this one out and they've got Tuesdays match to consider. Or, perhaps, I'm just searching for positives. -
Surely it'll be as a % of any profit we make on his sale? So probably £1m or so, if anything.

Kieran Trippier: targeting return for Brighton (h) (Hope)
frankpingel replied to Yorkie's topic in Football
Great news (if true). -
If we're getting circa £30m for him I can certainly see how it benefits the club going forward. In our 1st choice 11 he's the weakest link currently so needed upgrading to further improve our long term aims. I do, however, think he's the perfect sub to come on for the last half hour in tight games so we'll definitely miss him.

Watched it last year morning of cup final.

Looking inwards and obviously without any real insight it did/does look that way to me as well.

Had to change stations this morning whilst on my morning walk. An unbearable listen.

Good point, both.

It's incredible how bad his commentary has been.

Yet another nail in the coffin. Should've had a little drummer boy on each bus and aloe vera toilet paper in the bogs.
