Amidst the Farrago of claim, counter claim & quasi-facts from anyone with an internet connection, GC is about the only one I give any credence to. If he says it could still all quite possibly turn to dogshit, that's good enough for me. Agree re Caulkin. In any normal transaction proof of funds is something that happens right at the very beginning of the process. I can’t imagine this case being any different. It's the whole ambiguity of everything, theres fuck all verifiably true information about this whole thing. So people can assume whatever they want. There's no proof they have actually provided proof of funds, they haven't even stated themselves that they have done this. Apart from when they they said it and provided a date.

no , i haven't seen a single thing that convinces me in truth, so much blah blah but in truth its all just rumour as per. i dont think it will ever happen and Rafa will be off, theres literally nothing to suggest otherwise, just speculation. Quite the opposite for me. The only concrete stuff that has came out, suggests it's on. All the blah blah blah and speculation has come from journos with no clue trying to fill their pages.

How come takeovers of other clubs never seem to take this long How do you know this? We only found out about this a couple of weeks ago man. Even if other clubs don't take 'this long', they aren't owned by Mike Ashley. Imagine trying to undo all of his tentacles man, assuming it doesn't fall through due to how tight of a hold he has on us after 12 years, it's going to take forever to negotiate everything.
