Where's Interpolic? http://www.newcastle-online.org/nufcforum/index.php/topic,51442.msg3822357.html#msg3822357 -
We've had the SD signage around the ground for over a year. That's a Premier League club with 50,000 fans in the ground and millions watching worldwide once or twice a week. NO company in the world sees this as a good opportunity? Or are Ashley and Llambo pricing everyone else out? Easy answer. (Just remembered that SD Greek website advert )

Think for two seconds before posting will you. Ashley wants to bring in the most money possible, that isn't going to happen with Sports Direct. Plus if he wanted Sports Direct sponsorship we'd already have had a deal for stadium and kit a long time ago. When were you last in the Sport's Direct Arena? There's been some changes...

Ba, Cisse and Ben Arfa vs Jonny Evans Shearer is saying we'll beat them because their defense is awful. If we start focusing on our strengths and not those of the opposing teams we should be fine. A Keegan-style "try and outscore them" would work in our favour. Yeah that'll be our approach If I don't understand a post I don't bother replying tbh. -

Conveniently ignoring that it was Pardew that built and achieved those things. It really does boil my p*ss that there are actually people out there even contemplating changing manager. Everything that's wrong with modern day football fans. There's nothing wrong with discussing his mistakes and criticising him. But I believe he has earned a damn sight more respect and time after last season to have anyone even contemplating the idea that he's not up to it. It's just pathetic. He's clearly capable. Sure, the first 6 games of the season haven't been great (we've still picked up plenty of points though), but it's 6 games for f***s sake. He's earnt the whole season to prove he is capable again IMO. I was simply stating our current positives as someone said we'd struggle to attract a good manager. You've probably quoted the wrong post.
-
We finished 5th last season, are in Europe and have one of the strongest teams in the league. Plus the much admired scouting network and 50,000 fans at every home game. We could attract a very good manager but I have no faith in Ashley and Llambo appointing one.
-
Has Ferguson shown anything, other than crossing ability, to suggest he's ready to start games at LB in the premiership? He's started league games before and done well. Always looked very positive when he comes on too., which is something we're missing.
-
Putting Santon at RB and Ferguson at LB would solve a few problems in one move.
-
Aye ok, Tiote unlocking their defence was clearly the secret key Pards didnt use. Outside of that Tiote/Cabaye havent played together yet this season properly, ofcourse having Cabaye infront of him could help our attack. f*** knows what you're arguing about as usual. Just stop replying to my posts dude Waste of both our time. Just when I thought I couldn't laugh at you any more you start defending Pardew's tactics Please tell your dad we all despise him. Good lad.
-
Not sure if this is a p*ss take? How much we spend on a player should never be a reason to start them. Definitely haven't been unimpressed with Anita but I probably have been more impressed with Bigi. He's the one player we actually paid a large fee for so surely we should be playing him as we've shown so much faith in him? Bigi played well today but Anita should be playing in the league. Getting him up to speed is more important at this time.
-
Tiote assisted the first goal so it's not that complicated. You talk like we're creating chances left, right and center before today. Pardew's tactics are bad, not the players.
-
3 of the most devastating attacking players in the league = no creative outlet

Concentrating on this might give us a top 8 finish instead of a top 6 but why aim for top 6 when you're just going to treat the prize as a burden? perdu pls -

I'd rather we tried to win this cup than go for 4th tbh. We won't get 4th the way it's going and European cups are very, very fun the further you go. -
Lee Clark's Birmingham beating the league leaders there...
-
Anita said he would play anywhere to help the team. He said that publicly. Not sure how much of a coincidence it is that he gets put to RB during the game and not before it, especially as we know it works better after the change.
-
It's possible he doesn't want to play RB (hinted at just before he signed) and Perch was picked because of this. Still doesn't explain why Bigi was preferred to him today. We should be trying to get some value for money when we actually spend it.

2 hours before we have a game Poor them. -
A big positive is that we're hard to beat but that only gets you so far, especially when Pardew is talking about a top 4 finish.
