Exactly. They think they're pointing something new out by frequently highlighting him. As for Belgium, 3 of the best PL players last year were Belgian (Fellaini, Dembele and Kompany) but it's only been mentioned that they're Belgian since Hazard turned up.

Trendy MOTD style clichés. "Belgium have a good team...might do well at the World Cup" is the current one. Usually that's based on the 3 PL players they know. Was begging for him to shoot in the second half when he went flying forward with the ball. He's far too sensible for that though, which is probably a good thing.

That certainly helped him cover his tactical naivety last year. It's not working as well this year though.

The conduct of Liverpool and Chelsea in handling the situations was as bad as anything the FA have done. Still can't believe Daliglish wasn't punished for the stuff he was coming out with.

I think a large part of my annoyance is that they generally played really badly and we didn't try to punish them, especially in the second half. None of their players stood out and they created very little but we just seemed happy to hang on. With the kind of attacking players we've got that simply isn't acceptable but it's still a recurring theme. I don't accept a sending off after 25 mins as an excuse for the performance in the remaining 65 either.

This is quite annoying. There was about an hour after Tiote went off. Not even attempting a new formation/idea in all that time with the players he has available is inexcusable.
