  1. no fucking way Bramble = Taylor , Bramble was a nightmare when playing for us
  2. they are the one who in demand, it's not like we begging them to take our player, if we can't even negotiate a clause with them, i would say we've got a pretty s*** transfer dealing team working then As Crofty pointed out, when a fee is involved you can't recall him, plus can you recall international loan deals anyway? not sure, i'll check with football manager later

  4. My issue is that time and effort were wasted on something we really don't need, at a time when we don't have one left back at the club and our "strikers" can't score for f***. You really think we've just stopped on the other two possible deals to sign this lad don't you. It's absurd. Not really no but the whole point is that this a pointless transfer. Say Harper is injured and Krul gets sent-off...are you happy with Soderberg or Alnwick stepping in? Most clubs have 3 senior keepers on their books. Even Sunderland signed another keeper despite having Gordon & Mignolet. just add a re-called clause in Forster's loan deal then

  6. aye especially when we don't have to worry about Euro cup tied
  7. talk about football fans bias , Given spent almost 12 years , always gave all his effort for the club before he left, he's a judas. Ben Arfa f*** his former club and coach and wen AWOL to join the club, he's hero Same Given who refused to play for us and handed in several transfer requests over the years when he didn't get his own way? That's the one. The guy who was happy to drop us in the s*** halfway through a season to spend plenty of time counting his money on a pale blue heated bench in Manchester. he never refuse to play, and also not expect to be on the bench after he join Man City, you can't deny his contribution over the years for the club, how many world class save he had made? i admit it's a bad timing to left in the middle of a season, but he's already 32 that time and got a higher offer from a bigger club which he had better chance of playing champions league football, easy choice tbh

  9. fucking hell, i remember him, they are fucking same :2funny:
  10. Yep. Once again this strikes me as more opportunism than carefully coordinated planning. Irrespective of whether or not he's a good player, I just think it's ridiculous that we could once again be facing a winter of Shola-Loven-and Best, who, whilst I think is decent, hasn't exactly got a perfect fitness record. I don't see the ANC being a big factor here as we also have Marveaux, Obertan and HBA who can play that position. We can do without him for one month, it will be far harder to replace Tiote. we still have Smith Yep. Once again this strikes me as more opportunism than carefully coordinated planning. According to Opta, he attempted 1009 passes, completing 877 = 87% pass rate. But on the downside, he only created 26 goalscoring chances, 1 assist. That's pretty poor for an attacking midfielder. according to Premierleague index, he's no.3 in their top midfielder and 16 overall last year, i guess Premierleague full of s*** players then. Rank Name Team Overall Ranking EA SPORTS Index 1 Florent Malouda Chelsea 1 661 2 Gnegneri Toure Yaya Man City 9 515 3 Kevin Nolan Newcastle 16 488 4 Luis Nani Man Utd 19 471 5 Charlie Adam Blackpool 20 468 6 Samir Nasri Arsenal 21 463 7 Ashley Young Aston Villa 23 455 8 Stewart Downing Aston Villa 27 446 9 Charles N'Zogbia Wigan 28 442 10 Rafael Van der Vaart Tottenham 30 430

 What a ridiculous statement to make. Tbf, it's not that far from the truth. His goals and character were massive for us last season, but aside from that he didn't bring much to the table. So he brought something 'massive' to the table then? Nar na, just goals. Goals only win games,. Oh s*** I forgot, he didn't take a corner last year...therefore he was useless. i just wonder those who keep saying that Nolan is shit except he can score, do they understand that goals decide whether you win the game not how good you play
  19. Barton might have to, if he wants to play next season. Most people aren't paid enough in a week to support themselves for a year either. A footballer taking a 10% pay cut is hardly the same as a teacher doing it. what's the difference? they've earn more money than normal people doesn't mean they should take a pay cut unless they are not wanted by club anymore
