It’s talking about domestic abuse, in the hope that it educates those that don’t know or have never experienced it, that will help in eradicating it. Why hide it away? If anything prejudicial to an ongoing legal case is brought up, then yes, it should be locked, but I don’t think that has occurred up to this point? Some good and highly important discussion has been had.

As others have said, and you seem to not be able to comprehend, being a victim in this is likely to be much more than ‘just’ about sexual or physical assault. Fear and power can be instilled using emotional, financial, technological, social etc forms of abuse. They all mean it becomes difficult if not impossible to sometimes even acknowledge the abuse is happening, let alone take action against it. It’s easy to say ‘why didn’t they just walk away’ but it’s NEVER easy to do just that- simply because of the behaviour of the abuser. By saying she should’ve walked, you’re insinuating that she somehow agrees with the abuse inflicted on her by staying. That’s appalling.

That’s the same as the UK in giving evidence in specialist subjects- most commonly in a specific ‘defence’ of ‘drink driving’.

They would possibly try and continue the prosecution on the charge(s) without having to use the victim in that case and hope there is enough evidence to prove the case without involving her. But if that’s not the case (realistically, that scenario is highly unlikely), they can’t force her to give evidence- it’s her right to be able to change her mind (it might well be simply too traumatic for her, you know…being cross examined, especially in a high profile case like this is pretty fucking stressful, and especially when it’s of such a personal nature), and the suspect will have the charges dropped. Wasting police time would only come into play if the police/CPS thought that the allegations were falsified or grossly exaggerated or something like that.

Without going into specifics, by seizing phones etc it can be ascertained whereabouts the digital device was at a certain time. So if his is seized (as I’m sure it will be/has been), records can show whether he was in the same building etc and at the same time as her recording, then cross reference both to put as evidence towards it being him. Obviously as well as CCTV to place him there etc.

I don’t think we ever enquired for martial, so doubt we got quoted a loan fee. He’s always wanted to go to Sevilla- it’s been highly publicised that it was there or nowhere. But who knows for sure?

Because they’d simply lose Lingaard at the end of the loan so want what they can get/ask for him? Henderson isn’t out of contract, so if he plays well, it means he returns to them with better reputation, playing time etc.
