I echo what others have said - I think he's hit his ceiling. 

I think we should sell - seen a huge improvement in the team since Eddie came with the exception of ASM.  Just hasn't shown much progress.

It's not just the fact that we are winning either - it's 'how' we are winning.  Just total football.
