Single on Goulanes to keep the Pipe bandwagon rolling in the Midlands National.
-
Lucky 15 on Oscar Hoof, Legacy Gold, Al Alfa & Arkaim. Might put something on the football but will most likely be in play.

It's until 20k is staked on it.

Bill Hills now offering 4/1 for Bobs Worth - limited time.

This is basically me, last chance saloon after Annie Power destroyed me yesterday when everything was going so well. Need simmer down on the thups for KP before this turns into a forum bet though. I was happy with it for bombproof Quevega but this place is more than capable of ruining King's Palace I think we've already ruined both KP & BW.
-
Totally agree. Really impressive winner last time out and the step up in trip shouldn't be a problem. Hopefully another one for Pipe and Scudamore. Think I'm going to have a decent whack on Kings Palace & Bobs Worth.
-
Backed all 4 of Pipes runners in the next, all small stakes each way.
-
Nah, gutted. Was on the bus home from work so knew I wouldnt be able to watch the race. Pipe is a machine, no matter what the form of his horses they always have a chance.
-
Only concern with Annie Power is whether it gets the extra distance. Big Bucks is as proven as a horse can be. Out of the others there's only the two McManus runners that have an outside chance in my opinion. Rule the World for the Irish is a bit unknown after a recent injury. JP McManus never fails. Best horse won in my opinion there, no excuses for Annie Power - I think it stayed the distance, other were a good few length behind it.

That's basically it Close finishes really get the heart going like.

It's on 363 days per year. Meant I need to do this more than once a year Ah right. Don't bother, I've tried it and it doesn't work Love the sport though, can happily watch without a bet these days.

Fucking love David Pipe & Tom Scud!

Brilliant as ever.

Cheltenham festival is the type of place these bets come in, good luck!

Double - Dynaste & Annie Power. L15 - Dynaste; Annie Power; Jetson; Felix Yonger Really looking forward to seeing Dynaste - good horse for a long time now for my favourite stable at Pond House. 2nd in Betfair Chase looks the best form of the field, shame it flopped in the King George last time out but hopefully bounce back at his favourite course.

Slight profit today which is good news considering how hard the Wednesday usually is. Ready to lump on Bobs Worth on Friday - day off work, my birthday and hopefully a big win in the Gold Cup. Can't wait. As for tomorrow, main bets will be on Annie Power & Dynaste. Annie Power is around 7/4 at the minute and looks like another superstar for the Walsh/Mullins/Ricci combination. Big Bucks is obviously a great horse but looks like a sitting duck in this renewal and is most likely past its best. Dynaste loves Cheltenham and has been runner up in the World Hurdle in the past. Tom Scud was saying positive things the other day about it and should give a good run in the Ryan Air. Just noticed Quevega still hasn't been pulled out of the World Hurdle. Surely they'll not run it, after all these years of bottling it and running twice a year there's surely no chance they'll run twice in three days.

Backed Noble Inn & Akdam in the next purely based on my theory that top or bottom weights win a lot of handicaps. Far too open a race to have a real fancy imo.
-
Terrible. Pulled up, looks like it could be injured again unless it was just carrying too much weight. Sire De Grugy needs to win now like.
-
Good start, first one in on my lucky 15. What are people fancying for the QM Champion Chase? I can't look past Sire De Grugy, best form this season by a distance in my opinion.
-
I really fancy Dunguib. Was built up to be a superstar after winning the Bumper in 2009 but then failed as odds on favourite in the Supreme 2010 (finishing 3rd). Has been injured for a long time but returned this season finishing 3rd and then 1st in a Grade 2 at Navan. Trainer has talked it up and reckons it has a good chance. 12/1 this morning - not a bad each way bet if Paddy are paying 5.
-
Sire De Grugy should win the Champion Chase tomorrow. Interesting to see Dunguib come back over tomorrow after flopping as odds on favourite in the Supreme a few year back having won the Bumper the year before. Think I'll back that at a decent price in the Coral Cup, after a few year injured he was superb in January when winning at Navan. In the first couple of races it'll probably pay to stick with the Walsh/Mullins/Ricci combination that won the first race today as they have Faugheen & Ballycasey that both look to have good chances. I'll be avoiding the cross country and the Fred Winter which leaves the Bumper which Mullins seems to win every year and seems to have another great chance with Black Hercules. So for tomorrow it's Sire De Grugy, Dunguib, Faugheen, Ballycasey & Black Hercules. Could be a huge day for the Irish and in particular Willie Mullins after his two winners today!

Too excited now, like a kid at Christmas.
