We only seem to have that impetus when chasing the game or against ten men. Everton and Fulham there were signs of a change... today we reverted to type. Johnson and Colback were shocking.

Starting with Pardew? Yes! He refuses/can't see what is wrong. How is he supposed to turn it around? Useless, poorer teams play much better and positive than us. Going back to 4-3-3 would be a start.
