Al Fayed converted Loans to Equity. Much easier to shift. So in essence do NUFC owe Mike Ashley x amount of money?

Can Gouffran not play on the left?

Suppose we have to agree to disagree, you lot watch Cisse more than I do I suppose.

This He's the only Premier League footballer I've seen take a corner with one foot, then take another with the opposite.
-
He won't score if he gets s*** service like Cisse did last season. Hardly had the best service with us and scored a shed load. He's an improvement on Cisse He does little for team shape as others have mentioned but he'll score goals whenever he's played. He also works his bollocks off. Didn't think this would happen due to your transfer policy and now it looks like it will I'm in disbelief. I'm not going to enjoy seeing him in a Newcastle shirt.

Virgin Money offer loans for Muslims, sharia banking if you will. That particular brand of high street banking is also such an integral part of society, something that has been around so long there has probably been a degree of modernisation and acceptance from Muslims too. It would be extremely hard for anyone to go about their day to day lives without banks. Payday lenders are a completely different beast. They're relatively new entities that cater to those in dire need and make vast sums of cash off the back of individuals who don't have a lot to begin with. You don't need to be a religious person to feel extremely uneasy that there's an entire industry sprung up around lending money to people who are struggling to get by at frankly eye watering rates of interest. It's sick. And these c***s are associated with our club. And in a region where unemployment is through the roof and more and more people have to rely on them. So if I became a Muslim could I stroll into Virgin and ask for an interest free loan then?

I'd go as far as to Ba > Cisse > Gouffran is a massive decline. Bit like how Bruce managed to turn Bent, Gyan, Welbeck and Campbell into Bendtner, Wickham and Ji

Actually, you have no idea whether they've improved because we've not played a minute of competitive football yet, their signings could all turn out to be rubbish that don't settle. And while your point may be that Pardew reduces our quality of player, what about their man in charge? He's also unproven and didn't finish the season well. We need a couple of players to strengthen, they needed a massive overhaul. We've got the core of a squad that finished 5th let us not forget, that still counts for something despite last season. Keep your head in the sand, man. You have to be a Sunderland fan on a wind up. Just be open about it mate.

Do you know Masterplan on RTG? Not personally but yes.

Cheers, what does jaw wiring have to do with anything though?

It's Huddlestone isn't it? Ok, well maybe you're getting two of them I stand corrected. Deal for Mannone on according to Sky Sports News. For what it's worth I think he's shite.

The sources for Cattermole and Sessegnon going are the Mirror and Sky Tyne and Wear. Doubt either will go unless it's a good offer, both recently signed new deals. Plus even if Cattermole was to go I doubt we'd notice much difference as he's rarely on the pitch. As for the other three, they're no great loss. You will need a good pre-season and some time to bed in those players if the player turnover is high. I would keep those key players like Mignolet or Sess in case the new signings can't adapt. Kinda risky hoping the new guys will settle fast. Surprised with Sess being linked away though. Does PDC not rate him? We didn't really have a choice with Mignolet. He would've stayed but refused a new contract meaning his value would've halved by next summer with one year left. £10m is an excellent fee for a keeper and we're looking to cut costs these days. The Sessegnon link came out of nowhere. Some Chinese side offering silly money being mentioned. Di Canio's comments regarding Sess so far have been that he's impressed. Don't think we're actively looking to sell him, just a combination of Sess's agent (every summer), and the fact that under the new regime every player has their price. With regards to our player turnover, I'd be lying if I said I wasn't a bit worried about players gelling etc. However when the alternative is Bardsley, Bramble and Gardner on 30k plus a week I'm willing to take the risk.

Could quite easily go tits up very quickly. I'll freely admit I haven't seen any of the players we've signed/are linked with play.

Rather that than Gardner, Bardsley, Graham etc. It could be a massive fuck up but at least we're trying something different.

Hope so but I can see Wigan putting a run together, if Stoke weren't so shite I'd still be bricking it...
