Well no, the reason its not remarkable is because we’ve won two games out of twelve and we’re in 14th. Wage bill is the best indicator of success in football Probably trophies and points tbh, but churlishness aside, if you're comfortable with including a football business outlier like NUFC in what stat indicates what, which I wouldn't be, our wage bill's neither significantly higher than our relegation rivals, nor does it make up for the massive deficit in transfer spending between other clubs and us. I shouldn't have bothered mentioning wage bill, although it is the biggest financial indicator of where you will finish. My main point is that its not remarkable if we stay up considering we are currently in 14th when we've got 9 points from 12 games

Good player though and nobody in football actually cares about doping

I'm talking about Huddersfield not Brighton. Apparently last season the average Newcastle first team player earned £32,889 per week while the average Huddersfield player earned £19,693 per week. I doubt that has changed significantly enough for our wage bill to be below theirs

What a header

River plate striker who scored looks decent. Think he played for Argentina a few times
-
Pavon was probably the best but he’s gone off injured

People crying
-
Quintero from Colombia on the River bench. Always looks like an absolute class act for Colombia
-
Gago, Zarate and Tevez all on the Boca bench. Benedetto too, he started a game for Argentina ahead of Icardi, Dybala and Higuain last year
-
Didn’t realise Pavon was still at Boca, looks injured anyway

Pep is such a weirdo

Seems to be done by a lot of random folks in the public eye. From musicians to politicians etc. Convinced it's tied to something. Illuminati

if he doesn't get any backing this january and keeps us up it will be absolutely remarkable tbph Not really when Cardiff, Huddersfield and Fulham are so shite you've just named 2 teams that have backed their manager to the tune of something like £100m more than rafa each on the players they've got it will be an amazing achievement imo Huddersfield have spent £100m more than us? Genuine question. We've won 2 games and we're 14th The bottom of the league is complete shit this season. I think we'll be comfortable again Fair enough, presume our wage bill is probably higher than theirs though

De Gea has it a bit easier than other top keepers because he’s not expected to distribute it well

Joaquin goal 0-2. Betis are great, Barca can’t get the ball off them at times
