Spurs for N'Kolou? Or was it some other winger they bought? Think I read that this applies to deals made under supervision of the old Marseille board (so pre-Aug '16), so suspect Chelsea would be under investigation for the Azpilicueta purchase rather than Batshuayi. Reckon QPR could also be in some bother over the M'Bia and Remy deals as well as Swansea for Ayew as you say. Aye, they were all names mentioned in that french article posted here eariler -
Woken up to see Charnley getting nicked, Terry's pretend mam noshing someone off, Jordan saying the N-word on daytime telly and Barton done for betting. Gonna turn off twitter and go back to bed.

Why? I don't think having a few quid on an accumulator warrants an 18month ban mind. Rio got 8 month for missing a drug test, Berahino got a minimal suspension for failing a test - both amount to serious cheating in my opinion. Meanwhile, Joey has a 5 team accumulator through the week for entertainment and gets 18 month. Just seems an extraordinary length of time for the actual non-effect his betting has caused. 1260 bets between 2006 & 2016

Monaco are fucking 10/1?! 4/1 to score twice and a relatively massive 4/5 just to net. Be very interested in the team news there. Is it neutral venue or in Paris? Monaco coach Leonardo Jardim will field an under-strength team in Wednesday's Coupe de France semifinal with Paris Saint-Germain as he focuses on winning Ligue 1 and the Champions League. With Monaco ahead of PSG at the top of the Ligue 1 table on goal difference with a game in hand, and Juventus awaiting in the semifinals of the Champions League next week, the Coupe de France drops down the list of priorities. [...] Jardim told media he will be keeping most of his first-team regulars on the sidelines for the match at the Parc des Princes with a league game against Toulouse on Saturday and Juve to prepare for next Wednesday. "It's a game placed between two very important matches with just two days' recovery between them. We don't have a choice," Jardim, whose side won 2-1 at Lyon only on Sunday, said. "We'll have to rotate the squad and keep the players used most for Saturday against Toulouse. "The league is the priority competition. After that, there is the Champions League, which is very important for the UEFA coefficient, for France, the image of our players abroad..." http://www.espnfc.com/french-ligue-1/story/3111959/monaco-to-play-understrength-side-vs-psg-in-coupe-de-france-semifinal

Carrick is out of contract at Man Utd. I know he's 35, but he'd give that much needed Prem experience in a position we certainly need filling ..I have no idea how good he is these days though, barely seen Man Utd for a year or more. Would he even have the legs for another full season in the Prem? edit: 36 this summer.. maybe not
