Depends on how much a ticket was though ?

Do you honestly think they will win tonight ?
-
5 at the back in a must win game (In my opinion a draw is not enough) is sheer madness.

Baldini picks/ buys the players, A director of football does not work ( in England ) as the manager wants the final say in transfers in all honesty. Nah. Picks was the wrong word but baldini spent 100 + million on players which AVB for the majority of the players did not really want in my opinion, too many midfielders what's any of that got to do with sherwood being f***ing awful? Nothing really, just pointing out that the club as a whole have made a mess of it. they cannot spend another 100 million next season.
-
He's far better than Sherwood and should have been given more time. London press were out to get him as soon as saint redknapp failed to get the england job and then got sacked.

Yes, a la west ham, charlton and southampton, keeps on repeating his mistakes and does not look remotely like fixing them in the future.

I don't think we where any better individual for individual. They may have had a better goal difference than us too. ? Not sure the point your making We had better results but our performances, style of play, quality of player was arguably inferior. I don't think we where P4P a top 5 side. Yeah I agree with that, certainly. The fact is though they recognised what they needed to do and made the change. They are now reaping the benefits They changed manager but that's not the biggest thing. They continued to invest in the squad and had a plan to break into the top 4 within 3 years. Our biggest problem is that we have a owner content with midtable finishes and turning a profit. The owners of L'pool are trying to maximise potential revenue. It is though. Rodgers has improved Henderson ridiculous amounts, brought the best out of Suarez. They invested in players that would suit his brand. He's a huge factor in all of it IMO. Whilst they need investment obviously, Rodgers is the driving force in what's good about them Did not think he would be a good manager, i keep thinking back to the game against swansea when he was in charge, one dimensional and too much emphasis on short passing, he has made a massive change on his game plan/tactics.

Still have to see him do those bet 365 advert, bet 365 bet in play NOW !

Blindness Charity Fair enough, good stuff. They dropped standard chartered after they were accused of money laundering to Iranian officials, settled the dispute with a 350 million compensation.

Just think how good they'll be with HBA in their team next year! :'(

It will be unbearable if it goes to the wire, last game of the season. :anguish: On the one hand, it would be nice to see a club that isn't funded by oil, gas and corruption. But on the hand, that club might be Liverpoool and it's self-pitying, constantly moralising, whining, 'victimised' utter pr*cks of fans. Let's not pretend they haven't been handed loads of cash - being run consistently at a loss despite more commercial income than almost every other club in the world. *sigh* They were in meltdown nearly with the RBS and then with dalglish wasting 100 million, but no they are competing with two oil rich behemoths and are not spending any money, media agenda continues.

The Official Alan Pardew Excuses Thread

Wew, wait. What? This is the website where i saw the quotes from the guardian http://www.theguardian.com/football/2014/mar/28/alan-pardew-newcastle-education-southampton -
Is it unrealistic to think we could lose all of our strikers and wingers during the window and still have to replace cabaye and improve the defence, Its vital ashley spends money and not 3 or 4 players from france for 2 million each.
-
Aye. Gotta love Martinez. It would mean the end of wenger surely, now if wenger did go, who would be the longest serving manager ?
-
No more goals mentality.
