I can only see us buying a Left Back or a cheap Right back cover now. They won't buy a new CB as they just bought Mbemba and see Colo as starting captain first name on team sheet. Then got Taylor, Williamson and Laschelles as cover. They might line up a good left back, and it might be a tactic of buying thauvin and the others first to show the new LB we mean business etc?

I'm a bit gutted tbh, thought he never had a chance playing in his preferred place in his preferred system. Think with some time and confidence he could of been a good player for us, likeable guy as well hope he does well back in France.
