While they got that decision right, it went against the way it meant to be used. Pretty sure the guidelines for offsides etc were 'a clear and obvious error' which in the Mata case it wasn't. Still going to take time to get this right but they have to speed it up, get the communication to the crowd and TV going and use it correctly to their own guidelines.
