Gaël Bigirimana rejoins Coventry on a permanent basis
Tubestationatmidnight replied to Fenham Mag's topic in Football
Yeah by all means. But to suggest that has ruined him is ridiculous. If he had the talent and character and was as good as people talk about him on here then he would not be playing in league 1. Maybe at best he could be a steady championship player in future but he isn't good enough for NUFC -

But he was a prospect up to the minute Paedew decided to play him on the wing against Benfica. Incidentally he was man of the match away at Millwall the Saturday before last. He clearly has regressed but even more clear who is responsible. Not denying he might of been a prospect. Nothing against him. He is in league 1 for a reason though and I think people like to use him and talk about him way better than he was just as another stick to beat pardew with. There's no need though -

Not even a regular in league 1 Coventrys team is he and that Wigan goal is his only goal in over 50 games too. Just another player signed who we hoped to make a quick buck on who isn't up to standard -

Rapid fall from grace? They make it out like he was some world beater, he scored a half decent goal v Wigan that's it. I will take the well used line on here that i trust Rafas judgement. If he doesn't think he is championship level that will do for me. -

Perez off Mitrovic led to our best result and performance of the season -

If Mitrovic plays I would like to see Perez just off him as he always does better with Mitrovic. Drop Diame back in place of colback then we are there. No way would Rafa play a midfield of Shelvey and Diame Shelvey and Hayden then. With Perez off Mitrovic. Good as we can go I reckon -

To be fair we have had quite favourable draws in recent years in the cup, we have just chosen to chuck them away. I can't remember the last tough draw we had in the FA cup. I'm taking nothing for granted, learnt my lesson in that wolves game. Over half a chance of playing one of the top teams in the quarters too if we get there. Be good to be competing in the latter stages of cups again though and with Rafa this time who knows We never seem to be at home in the FA Cup. Can only remember one home FA Cup tie in the last 6 years and it was Cardiff in 2013-14? Always been given winnable games though that we have mainly thrown. Off the top of my head in the last 10 year or so we have had Stevenage, Brighton x2, Cardiff, Leicester when they played there reserves, Watford, Plymouth, Birmingham, hull

No Laurent Robert though

Killing them despite "sending us down" and that big party they had that we still have a far superior manager support and club even at a supposed low point for us.

Absolutely rank manure. Would be surprised if they make 4th place.

What a mess. It's like they are signing players with weird names. It even looks ridiculous. Who is asoro?
