He can't get transferred while the asking price is as obscene as that which is why he is still here Will either stick to that crazy valuation and keep him for the season Or lower the price on Monday and he will go late. It will be the first one
-
Apparently only 1500 home tickets left yesterday and 700 left from Brighton. Reckon it will be about 50,500. Cracking attendance yet again. How many other clubs would sustain such a large crowd after relegation? Mackems were getting 24,000 last time they were down. Villa scrape about 30,000 and sure if the likes of Everton or West Ham were mis managed as much as us to go down they wouldn't get 30,000 either.

They have had all summer too and haven't. They aren't just going to do it now If he is still here in 48 hours with no developments on a move he is here all season imo.

Diame Hayden Ritchie Sissoko Atsu? Gayle It looks good to me, I just have a feeling Rafa would be more inclined to start Sissoko on the left of that and have him and Ritchie alternating every so often. Don't think he would have Sissoko on the left. Ideal situation is we get 25m for him soon then sign a playmaker and winger with the money then we would really be looking good.

Newcastle United transfer rumours in the press

I can't see it either but I just mentioned in the other thread that if Sissoko stays and tries then he would make up for not getting a centre midfielder in anyway -
Because it keeps Dogback up the pecking order. If there is no news of a bid for Sissoko by the end of the weekend he is here for the season imo. If he puts the effort in on the pitch I wouldn't be averse to that either. Can fill a slot in CM as it dosen't look like we are getting one in. To pinch a pardew classic he would be "like a new signing" after not expecting him to still be here

Central midfield continues to be my biggest area of concern for the rest of the season as I don't think it's a priority to ensure Colback is not playing when it really should be. Fully agree. I would have Diame deeper next to Hayden with Shelvey as back up which should reduce his playing time. I've been saying a playmaker is what we are missing most and we are in pretty desperate need of one as the only creativity in there is shelveys Hollywood balls from deep which rarely come off. But typing the squad out there Ritchie is our only winger as it stands so I would say that's almost of equal importance as a creative midfielder. A striker would be 3rd priority for me as Gayle, Mitrovic and Perez should have enough goals between the 3 of them and Rafa only plays 1 up front anyway -

Sels darlow Elliot Yedlin gamez lascelles mbemba Hanley Clark dummett yazaar Shelvey Dogback Hayden Anita Diame Aarons Ritchie Perez gouffran (Atsu) ( playmaker) Gayle mitrovic ( new striker) 22 man squad of senior players as it stands. definitely need a striker and a winger in by Wednesday as well as a creative midfielder ( or sissoko and/or tiote staying and trying) and we will be looking strong and in an ideal world colback would be moved on too -

Tubes is his agent. Haha. I don't get how this is still a thing mind I only said I thought we would do well to get our money back on wijnaldum and was proved wrong by a silly bid, fair enough. Also that Sissoko isn't worth 35m and 20m would be a good deal which is looking a fair comment. Don't think I have made many other comments about players values -

Decent to be fair. Finally look well equipped and have cover in defence. If only they did that last summer we wouldn't be in the championship. Still frustrating how avoidable relegation really was -

If we get back to the premiership we should be able to attract real quality then. We would be the most attractive club to sign for after the top 6 -

No, he played well in alot of the 26 games he was involved in, you're just trying to be contrary like normal. Pardew stuck him in the reserves for 2 years, and didn't ever let him back, destroying his moral, his confidence and probably his love for the game, no matter what his natural ability is, thats going to have a huge impact on someone when they finally get back round to playing, and then when Pardew got he then got loaned to Rangers and got injured instantly, you tell me what the f*** he was supposed to do? Sure he played 13 games for us, with some being from the bench so didn't feature often at all. I'm not being contrary like normal I'm just offering a sense of realism. He was loaned to rangers after as that's about his level Scottish championship -

I've read that 4 times and I've no idea what it's supposed to say. So there's no players in League 1 who could play in the Championship? Nonsense. It means over the years our fans have had there expectations of the level of player who should be playing for us drastically lowered. He would never of been featuring in another top 8 premiership team -

Of course. But his natural ability regardless would see him higher than league 1 now if he was going to be a good premiership player. Our fans have just had there expectations of what level of player we should of had playing for us by Ashley and poor signings. I'm no pardew fan but I reckon people just like to make him out to be far better than he ever was as another stick to beat pardew with. -

Penny pinching and playing and signing players not good enough for NUFC is how we went from 5th to where we are now in a few years -

He's playing in league 1 man. If he was half as good as you make him out to be he wouldn't be in league 1. "Pardewed" or not. Was never going to be a top half premiership player which is where we were around at the time -

I dislike pardew as much as anyone but it's ridiculous to say he ruined his career. If he was that good how come not even a championship team is in for him!? Just another part of us being tight signing and playing players way below the level required for a club like Newcastle. Not a pop at bigirimana as there has been loads over the last 5 years or so -

He really never. One decent goal and his level is league 1 as shown. Having him playing a European quarter final against benfica just highlights how criminally mismanaged we have been this last 10 years or so -

Hopefully. Two fliying full backs and no dummett! Atsu having a medical tomorrow apparently there's the left wing sorted as well. Centre mid in and we are good to go. -
