I think that he's unfortunately in a addictive cycle of breakdown and recovery . It's reinforced by when he's very ill there seems to be more press, more public support and celebrities rallying around him. When he's very well a lot of that disappears. It's like he's never learned to just be Paul Gascoinge. Not daft as a brush Gazza or Gazza the footballer or Gazza the alcoholic.
