I usually use the little service road behind Boots and Next, always full Saturdays but usually pretty empty on a Sunday. Only just got in today, it's filling up fast.

Alnwick's slow collapse continues, ended up losing 1-3 to Newbiggin from having been 1-0 up. Brutal wind and rain didn't improve it as a contest. Now looking in danger of not finishing top five which is maybe for the best, not a lot of satisfaction getting humped in the northern league every week.

It's not absurd in the least though, in the context of him being contracted and therefore him leaving to strengthen a direct rival would be counterproductive to the people who gave him that contract. Might even have to consider a season ticket next year, I can't imagine it'll be shockingly expensive, and I'm hopelessly addicted to nonleague Saturday and toon lasses Sunday. I'm not sure I'm even that bothered about the men's team any more

Just bought my ticket in advance for the first time, main stand was getting on for full last time so didn't want to miss out.

Yeah, I should have said I routinely get up at half four to drive to Scotland so travelling is largely not an issue

@Groundhog63 Was more devastating that lamb and mint, and smoked ham and pickle, were discontinued before beef and mustard. Literally retained the worst one, no wonder they ultimately disappeared

If any of you non league attenders ever go to a ground which is particularly interesting, by the way, I would appreciate an @ heads up - I'm enjoying photographing non league but more from a ground ambience and crowds perspective than documenting the game. 

Not so much fenced in 3G pitches surrounded by houses, but anywhere which is a bit old or historical or is overlooked by something impressive or unusual (I'm checking to see if there's any pitches anywhere near the steelworks on Teesside, by way of example)
