Only just occurred to me 30 June is the PSR cut off.

Exactly, which means that the £100m for any club would be added to the 23/24 books, most clubs would break FFP it that was added to this years books

Rashford would easily find a club.

Casemiro has the stature where you'd think we'll get some sort of decent fee from Saudi for him.

Onana and Mount wouldn't be allowed to leave. They are/will be important players.

Antony, no chance of anyone taking him. But he's only 24. I don't like him but would prefer to see him get another chance.

They're all about to take a 25% pay cut in the summer BTW. And likely next summer too unless we have a blinder transfer window.

Bet you they don’t take a 25% pay cut, the PFA will have lots to say on that one

What effect would Man Utd winning the FA Cup on the European places compared to Man City?

It wouldn’t go to 6th place, so if they finished 7th and us 6th for instance we would get the conference league spot

I get it, but the amount of times NFL is mention in our plans to expand our stadium is gross as fuck.

Why, it’s worth about £15/17m a season to spurs in game day revenue and fees paid by the NFL, that’s not to be sniffed at in my book

We're missing the point a bit with regards to ASM, when looking at our income as a whole FMV is not the issue at the moment.

Look at our list of sponsors, it's tiny when compared to other clubs (Man City & Man U as examples). If PIF want to pump money into the club then why have we not got similar deals at FMV rates? This, together with lack of progress on a training ground, makes me suspect that maybe PIF will not throw money at the club similar to Man City and PSG.

Is the priority now more about getting a Saudi Club into the Champions League to eventually win it rather than Newcastle?

What part are people not grasping, this is not a vanity project(city) for the Saudis it’s a long term investment

That clearly IS the case tho. People bleating on that ASM was undersold are utterly deluded.

Literally no other club wanted him.

    NOT. ONE

We got what the only offer was and accepted. This was his worth.

I think you misunderstood my post, that’s what I was also saying, the fact that he moved to Saudi and there we no other offers means he wasn’t under valued

    That makes no sense.

Just because Fabinho was overpriced doesn't mean ASM was underpriced. Fact remains, I doubt we sold him to Saudi for less than we could get elsewhere.

Thats clearly not the case as he would have moved elsewhere if more money was available for him

Most refreshing games this season were the cup games where VAR couldn't be used. Games flowed, which meant the crowds weren't stunned 2-5 minutes of dead football while VAR did a thing.

Really??? Considering we were shafted in the Chelsea game because there was no VAR, they would have been down to 10 men after 10 minutes and we would have certainly went on to win that game.

Think that decision was actually fair enough. Burn needlessly shoves their player. Fucking idiotic.

This^^^^ if he doesn’t push him forcefully in the back it gets given
