I appear suppose that’s where I’m at but we did have a great run with him in the team last season and think he still would have been a good squad player.
-
Meanwhile against Arsenal he scored a goal against them yesterday and hits the post. May be an arsehole but he’s third highest prem scorer this season and is the real deal at what he does.
-
Just saying - people like giving opinions and that’s perfectly fine, I’m delighted with where the clubs at but not happy at dropping those points recently, the two aren’t mutually exclusive.
-
You’re right - not long ago we couldn’t beat the teams around the relegation area but hang on that’s what we’ve been doing recently with Leeds, West Ham and Bournemouth. Just because people are showing their unhappiness with recent form shouldn’t astound you as people will give their feedback after each game - it’s human nature and perfectly fine.
-
The club I agree and the manager took some extent but the players? If people criticising BDB yesterday embarrasses you then you need thicker skin
-
Agreed although I would also trust pocch as well as he learned very quick with spurs in the champions league taking them to a semi final and final. I rate him very highly as well.
-
Agreed that he hasn’t reached his limit but I still so believe he has one personally, I do think in a few years time (minimum) we’ll need to say “Howe away man!!”
-
Brighton seem to have a system throughout the club and it just works which is why they haven’t missed potter one bit and it’s becoming clear he was just a cog there. That’s the main solace of the poor jan window for me - ashworths building that same system here, it just takes time.
-
Agree with you that spurs will but I don’t think Man U and Brighton will.
-
At the same time there was a couple of times isak was around the box with only him and one defended it fb and he couldn’t beat them - I expected more from him to be honest.
-
There’s are one off results- ours has been something like a six off now
-
Is wanting to give a team second from bottom in the league a game being fickled and entitled? How about when we were at home playing Leeds who are fourth from bottom or last week playing playing West Ham whose fifth from bottom? When does it become a worrying pattern of too many dropped points against the worst teams in the league
-
What about 3 points against 3 teams fighting for their lives with the Leeds and West Ham? If you don’t take them 3 points then
-
Played 3 of the bottom 5 in the last 5 games and haven’t beat any of them - we’re well and truly out of steam. Down too long and high ball with nobody winning headers- don’t know why we keep doing this.
-
Have to say though in the last few weeks we can’t beat Leeds, West Ham or Bournemouth and all are in the bottom. Next few games is Liverpool, a Man U cup final and Brighton - doesn’t bode well. AND STOP WITH THE LOFTED FUCKING BALLS INTO THE BOX - NO BODY CAN HEAD THE BALL FFS!!!!!
-
This diving is crazy
-
£62m striker can’t beat a Bournemouth CB one on one, worrying
-
Would you rather us be ostriches?
-
I don’t think that’s what it looks like, that’s what we are. Conceded 2 games on the spin now and no shots on target yet - we also keep lofting ball in the box and no fucker can head it.
-
And trust me - that’s thick, I much preferred les Ferdinand a few weeks ago
-
Agreed, they need to see him in control not insane
-
Just go - wolf castle you’ve been here too long
-
Let him get the ban then buy him because they ban will be 5 times longer if he’s signed for us
-
“Mini messi” scored for mackems
-
You’re probably right but is an offence the same as a bet? Be a gamble i admit but he’s third highest goal scorer in the prem and is looking better every season. I really like him
