Verdict based on this image: It looks like a handball offense according to the laws, because the ball is clearly touching the arm, which is raised, and that usually is considered an unnatural position increasing the body surface area. Most referees would call a penalty in this situation. Which raises a point, could we not dump the FA laws of the game into a super AI and then have it used as a non-biased adjudicator?
