I mean..

Good example. I can assure you i dont give a single shit about what people here think of me. I do like a decent conversation level without insults though, but guess it makes me a fanny.

Ironically this fits more with the attitude held against people daring to say anything critical.

Kieran Trippier: to join Wolves on a free (various)

Hope people can understand the difference between thinking he is a liability at the moment and needs a rest, and not appreciating what he has done for us in the past. I have no doubt that he will come back stronger and be an asset for us in the future too. -

Have to honest, I think we will struggle big time this game. They will go out with full energy fighting for their captain. We dont really have the quality to take advantage of their over eagerness, neither do we have the energy to put up a fight in intensity. Almiron and Gordon both look pretty useless atm, other than those two we really dont have much attacking threat. Wilson cant do much on his own. -
He has played 8 games in under a month and and have played nearly every single minute of them. In every game he has been non-stop running. Lets give him a little benefit of doubt that it may have impacting his decision making and finishing ability.
-
Sure it could be the case, but doesnt at all explain why he wont sub him in in games like today
-
Thats the way im seeing it too. Cant find any other reasonable explanation.
-
Why would he get gametime against Spurs and Fulham then?
-
Nah, he let him on for a few minutes when we had already lost against Spurs and when we had won vs Fulham. So cant be that. Unless its some kind of weird clause where games already decided doesnt count or something

Sure if you think that keep playing him is the best way to get him back in form i get your perspective, for me i think giving him some rest is a better way to get there. Then we also get the benefit of not letting in goals out of nowhere in the meantime. Dummett has played nearly 200 games for us, he is not fucking useless. -

Saying some players cant be dropped no matter what is mental. -

He has made 3 huge personal mistakes leading to goals, fucked up the offside line for another goal, got turned inside out by Son for another 2 goals and finally missed a penalty wide off the mark. Aĺl in a few games in a row. Im certain he will come back better if he get a couple of weeks rest. Kept a clean sheet last time Dummett played, he isnt THAT bad. -

Most of us are just saying he needs to be dropped / get a rest short term. Havent given up on him whatsoever. -

Not using him at all when the other players have played 2x90mins a week for a period kinda shows that. -

Hmm, him letting Hall on now kinda shows that the reason he hasnt played anything before isnt because of x amount of games played clause relating to the obligation to buy. Just dont have any faith in him whatsoever i guess. -

All our options on the bench are professional footballers, he can also get players from the youth academy. -

One of the players on the bench. Chance up formations, do something. It was easy to see that something like what we have seen the past few games would happen with the way players were being used.
