I literally have no idea what constitutes a hand ball now. Stops the ball dead as it was about to spill to a West Ham player. You could argue it's a red as well as a penalty.

I still don't get how they can accurately give offside decisions by mere millimeters by drawing lines on a screen and eyeballing it. It's guess work at best. Liverpool always get the benefit of these questionable calls.

Hopefully it becomes commonplace at some point in the near future. That ref also seemed to be very respectful with his comments to players, issuing warnings and explaining his decisions.

Not sure how they get away with it, surely attendance has to be correct for fire safety, policing etc
