Post shearer, Remy was the best we’ve had imo but isak is another level to him. People can point to stats for Haaland and that’s fine, but you also have to contextualize the teams they are in. Isak imo is the better player and can actually score outside the box

The problem with this team and well any team that’s playing badly (imo) is the midfield. I just don’t think ours works at all. It’s very cliche but win the midfield battle win the game, is true I think. We seem to get countered so easily it’s frightening. Just so much space in our midfield. I don’t think the tonali signing was a good one. He may be a good player which I think he has only shown in patches here, but we needed an actual 6. We could go 4-2-3-1 but I’m not sure Eddie will.
