I don't think you can blame Castore for that (for once) The namsets are supplied by Avery Dennison and the kit man applies them. I dont actually think Castore are inolved in the namesets at any stage.

Theres some new Castore stuff that has a graphic representing SJP on it in the shop, but no Champions League font.

I think they are going to have a spectacular unveiling on Tuesday.

Negative. That is some stringent approval process by UEFA as we enter the fourth month of awaiting approval! The mind boggles at what kind of crazy font was submitted!

I reckon the club will be opening a city centre store to coincide with the adidas launch. The now empty Sp*rt Di*ect at the bottom of Northumberland Street would be a good location. And the building is actually owned by the Rueben Brothers (I know they have some kind of eaty drinky thing planned for the top floor).

Will look pretty shoddy if we dont have a cup font. I noticed even Everton have got a cup font. I can only assume that the length of time it has taken to approve is because its something totalky wacky.

They must have sold thousands of shirts with CL badges and PL numbers now. I also note they have taken down the 'waiting for aporoval' sign. I think we may not have a cup font this year, like last year.

I just think its funny when I hear "Castore wont get a penny off me they are sh*te" and then they proceed to buy a shirt of DHGate. Got no problem with someone who's just buying off there because they cant afford a real one.

Well, people boycotting Castore on those grounds would be totally justified.

How can someone refuse to hand over any cash to Castore on moral grounds whilst simultaneously handing over cash to the Chinese criminal gangs that run the counterfeiting operations? "Aye drugs and human trafficking are one thing but me mates Castore shirt took two months to arrive and the badge was upside down."

Maybe adidas will be allowed to start selling retro gear from tomorrow? The Castore deal doesnt stop Score Draw from releasing reproductions of adidas kit so perhaps adidas can start selling that stuff themselves? Seems really early for adidas to be begin marketing with nothing to sell for nearly a year.

This is the 24/25 Argentina shirt that leaked a while ago. Knowing that adidas use templates, and that this has the three bold stripes that were mentioned in the Amazon doc, I think there is a very high chance this will be the NUFC design with black in place of blue.

Put some greaseproof paper over the badge and iron in back on.

Adidas were much too keen on the centrally placed badge for my liking. Hope we dodge that bullet in future.
