  1. Well i for one wont be forwarding any more cup tickets this season!
  2. tell you what there seemed loads of empty seats at this game in level 7 near the away fans and in the platinum club. 700 less there than for a league game.....
  3. If we had draw mancherster in the semi over 2 legs we would have beat them and then gone on to win the final - i have no doubt!
  4. Be interesting to see what they do if we get to the final for the fa cup as each team get less than 30k I think. But semi final get 35k plus so 3k more can go to that one!
  5. No golden Lab Mates lab is called Eddie.... they tend to have a bit of play fighting when they meet Seems like it..... although as this season has gone by more and more seem to have soemthing to say about him.... someone either said on here or another forum to sell him in the summer..... i wouldn't go that far
  6. a bloke near me clearly knows that when brunos shot I give him stick. He constantly shakes his head after I shout " bruno pass it " or " bruno your to slow". i just wish he would concentrate on what he is good at rather than try to take defenders on believing hes pele And to top it of the rescue dog i've just got is called Bruno but im thinking of changing his name to Longstaff - you think he'll accept the change??
  7. Don't even qualify for that its the conference league!
  8. 41 quid for ticket 1.90 fee total payable 45.80? Someone has pocketed 2.90!!
  9. Hotel - check Tickets - near enough check Train back Monday - check Train down on the Saturday - Oh ffs!
  10. They have done, i got an email saying exactly that. I current pay 35 a month x12 and the lad next to me pays 85 quid a month over 8 or 10 months . thats in Gallowgate
  11. I thought nthe above too. Also at the end a few around me boo'ed but was directed at ref rather than us. Few others around me clapped Klivert off including myself, just like i did for his dad when he played against us in a friendly a while back.
  12. I said early in this thread I'd like to stay at St James but the people who would like to move make some good points But from reading them I cant help but think of the following Reduced revenue if we extend. As far as I can see Liverpool have extended there stand and the close ZERO seats whilst doing this. OK it took 2 years but revenue wasn't effected There is no guarantee NUFC would get planning permission to build on Leazes park or anywhere else in the vicinity of the current ground and from the musings on here quite a few who would like to move would draw the line at moving to Gosforth park/Silver link/Gateshead stadium. And there is also the fact the no planning application from NUFC has been received by Newcastle council ( as of Sunday gone anyway) People go on about spurs/arsenal stadium - have you seen how bad the team became when they moved in? And how bad an atmosphere it is! And finally, the one that makes me laugh is those who go on about corporate and making sure enough seat for everyone to see NUFC. My ticket is about to go up 100% as i was on the 10/15 year deal. People were moaning that the tickets for friendly's were more under our current owners then under MA! And if you think tickets would stay the same or even get cheaper if we build a 80 thousand stadium cost hundreds of millions of quid your living in cloud coo coo land. The cheapest ticket for spur v fulham when I checked was 170 quid and you were in the equivalent of level 7!
  13. Wait and see if all the pubs around the arena site are suddenly purchased by some unknown consortium... then you'll have your answer if its being built there!
  14. If we beat brentford at home in the cup all will be forgiven again...... up untill the drawer for the semi final when we get..... arsenal or Liverpool!
  15. Was the full crowd applauding Vardy when he scored his record-breaking goal against us? Or was it just me as i backed him to score?
  16. Its only a rumour but I have heard the the Premier league are thinking of moving all the 3pm games on a Saturday to 2pm on the Sunday so all games will be televised. Obviously might be a while in coming but mean zero games would be effected by the blackout and it would be a . Just what ive heard before anyone shoots the messenger
  17. It would be nice if people could go 90- minutes without smoking or doing coke in the gents toilets in the Gallogate end TBH!
  18. Sorry for this long winded post ( especially seen as its my first one!) I've just read the last few pages of this. I've seen loads of talk on fb about the stadium and building next to St James or down the Quay where the old arena is and like Yorkie above i was against it but if its going to happen then i think it need to be outside of the city - maybe Gosforth park where our minority owner already own? But, i still not sure about this "we'll fill 85k stadium" etc etc. Granted depending on the design, concerts, other sports et al will be easier to put on but we've managed the rugby league at St James without any problems so now i leaning more back to staying! I also worry when thing start going down hill, which they will - do we really want me and 40k diehards cheering on the team in a 85k stadium cause that's what happened not so long a go under FM!! There a seat next to me which must be owned by a company ,,,, its always filled for man city, Liverpool arsenal at home but had no one in it the last 3 games so i would say its already started to some degree!
