Can't say why I'm trusting it - but ones got a house now in town and the other ones had agents up. If I had to put my house on two players I firmly believe join, it's them two.

The proposed stadium is set to accommodate 65,000 spectators, surpassing the capacities of Arsenal's Emirates Stadium (60,704) and Tottenham Hotspur Stadium (62,850), making it the third-largest football venue in England, trailing only Manchester United's Old Trafford (74,310) and the planned New Trafford Stadium (104,000). Key features of the design include a 35-meter-high "stadium stack," enhancing the venue's prominence in Newcastle's skyline. The architectural approach draws inspiration from iconic structures like Bayern Munich's Allianz Arena, featuring a bubble-wrap-like façade, and incorporates a park-style walkway reminiscent of Wembley Way. The estimated cost of the new stadium ranges between £2 billion and £3 billion. Funding is expected to come from Newcastle's owners, the Saudi Public Investment Fund (PIF), which acquired the club in 2021.
