Sir Bobby Charlton is stuck on 49 goals so maybe we should get him back too as he's about as relevant to the future of English football as Beckham is right now. What choice do we have though? Crouch and Defoe don't play regularly, neither do Bent. Who else is there to partner Rooney? And I think Owen will do well when he's playing with England, he'll be surrounded by much higher quality than what he is here, and Owen is a player that needs the others to do the work for him.
