We Got Keegan

If you look at the difference in fixtures and the state of the clubs at the time Ramos had the head start, again that's why everyone and his mother thought they'd finish way above us.

And they still will.

They're going to finish way above us?.. how?  mackems.gif

Ah right ok, you win mr Spurs fan ;)  Or are you just looking for an argument?

Obviously I'm a Spurs fan because I don't have a massive chip on my shoulder about them like you do.

Still they will do a Leeds soon so we won't have to worry about them. :iamatwat:

While Spurs went and got a world class manager.

Well done Ashley.

and yet here we are, level on points.

Well said.

I desperately want KK to get it right.

DESPERATELY.

You didn't have a good word for the bloke a few weeks back.

I wouldn't say 6 points is "way above" us (if they win their last 2 and we lose both).

I was desperately disappointed then. So were 90% of fans

Jury's still out with many.

And I agreed with the old adage of "Never go back"

And I also said when someone - maybe even you - said what happened the last time we replaced Keegan by saying we finished 2nd

If thats what you call not having a good word for someone, God alone knows what you call criticism.

My point was they will finish above us still, I wasn't really taking much notice of the work 'way'.

No, you're a Spurs fan because so far you've changed you're argument twice in order to defend them ahead of Newcastle.

BTW I agree 100% with the text in your smillie there.

I'm taking the piss out of your ridiculous opinion that I must be a Spurs fan because I don't have blinkers and defend Newcastle over everyone all of the time.

I think you need to change your choice of porn if you've got thoughts like that going through your head.

Sure he'll do better next year but thus far, the Carling Cup has masked an average job tbh.

They certainly lost their way after the cup win.

Ramos has said so too, so it's not escaped him either.

Voice of experience there - personally, I don't need porn and wrist-athletics, chuckles.

You clearly do.  ;D

Honestly?, thanks for clearing that up.  I disagree by the way, you do seem to have blinkers on, just not for Newcastle.

The most true thing said all thread.

I think qualifying for Europe has allowed him to experiment a little more than he would, if they hadn't won the Carling cup I think he would have took the run in more seriously looking for Europe through a league position.

Portsmouth seen to have given the league up too.

They'll still finish top 7 though, even top 6 maybe. Add the FA Cup to that and that is a hell of a season for them. For Spurs this season is a disappointment (though in reality a return to normality when you take their average league position into account.)

Because I don't think Spurs will do a Leeds because they signed Modric? mackems.gif

Ah of course, that's it, the great Spuds just don't need to win games anymore.  Otherwise they'd obviously be 6th in the league at the moment

Where did I say that? I said they would have taken the league more seriously if they hadn't already guaranteed Europe.

Ramos is using games now to prepare for next season, he's already said that himself.
