Guest The Toon Army from farawa
Don't know if this has already been posted but according to the People Nigel Pearson, just released by West Brom is to be Roeders No 2.
Cajun
Was some discussions about Pearson a while ago, press probably finally got wind and had some article space to fill.
toontownman
Yeah .com was harping on about it last week. Not a particularly inspiring appointment if true but we shall see, there has already been plenty of counter speculation such as Chris Waddle and Phil Brown. Guest The Fox
Roeder says there is no hurry to appoint a number 2, he is surrounded by top quality coaching staff.

My brother keeps banging on about getting Waddle in over Pearce because he got them playing some nice football at Burnley. Unsurprisingly Ardiles remains his favorite manager. Kamikaze to the last. toontownman
Merge it with the other pearson threads. Assistant manager at Boro and West Brom. Completely un-inspiring appointment if true, but whatever works, or probably in this case doesnt.
Nicky
Whoops, sorry. Was looking for Pearson in a thread title, but couldn't see it.
