jimmymag
...with Republic. Great to see SBR back at work. He didn't look very well mind, left arm in sling, limping badly, and slurring his speech in interview with SSN. Good luck Bobby.

Chris_R
Slurring, left arm in sling and limping. Most lesser mortals would be desperate to go on the sick but the man's a legend. Best of luck Bobby, glad you're feeling a bit better.

He didn't look very well mind, left arm in sling, limping badly, and slurring his speech in interview with SSN. Good luck Bobby. How can you describe the man... Umberlivable... Sir Bobby Robson CV is up there with the best British managers of all time (9 Major Trophies, Fa Cup, Uefa Cup, Dutch Title x2, Portuguese Title x2, Portuguese Fa Cup, European Cup Winners Cup, Spanish Fa Cup) Bill Nicholson (8 Major Trophies), Bob Paisley(13 Major Trophies), Sir Alex (17 Major Trophies), Brain Clough ( 8 Major Trophies), Matt Busby (8 Trophies) he certainly is in the list of Top British managers of all time. The man is phonominal he has come through 3 Cancer scares and two serious Cancer surgeries and yet he still wants to add to his fantastic CV… he’s just a incredible story. its no surprise people around him endeavour to rise there game for him as Terry Buther famously once said "You feel like you are going to go through a brick wall for him, you want to do things beyond the normal for Bobby Robson" he certainly has that special aura about him its just incredible this club had the privilege to have him as our manager. Sir Bobby really is a example to us all... not only a great manager but a truly great person who still endeavours for more hopefully one day this club will recover from his sacking and make us proud of this once proud football club Thanks for the High times Sir Bobby keep healthy and keep doing what you do best because the football world is a better place with you
