Geordie Ahmed
Well during the KK case it was stated that the club lies to the fans - that wont be changing anytime soon
The Bonk
Llambias- "Players like Andy are the future of the club." Pardew- "Carroll stays, he's not for sale." Carroll- "It means the world to me to pull on the black and white shirt and to do so for the next five years is brilliant." It's the lies i'm fed up with. Lie after lie after lie. f***ing sick of it. This is Newcastle United. Get used to it. This is modern football. Nothing to do with Newcastle this time. This. There's no use getting worked up over it, the kid put in a request. Not sure why you are surprised I'm not sure he, or anyone else, is - which in itself is equally as tragic.

Guest Brazilianbob
Get over it. Anyone would accept that amount of money. Bollocks! If he is worth £35m now he will be worth £50m come the summer!

Get your head checked, mate. Nobody would've offered that amount for him and we're lucky to be getting £35M plus add-ons.

Not when plays against him. The thing I hate the most is that it has got to the point where you just don't know what to believe any more. It is really starting to get silly with the current owners way of doing things. I am not going to slag Ashley and Co off any more as he does not deserve my breath but what I will say is that we need new owners sooner rather than later before it is TOO late. biggs
I hate what our club is becoming/has become. My love of football really is dying a slow death. Wholeheartedly agree i think what has happened today will be our future and who will get sold in the summer god knows who, love my club hate what it has become
guitarhero123
have to accept...ridiculous money. Can't blame Ashley...They rejected the 2nd bid! Only accepted after carroll handed in request. Andy's miffed me off massively though, he hasn't at all considered this mess he's left us in - if this had gone through on January the 1st then we could have built a better team. Now we're going to end up panic buying...anyone selling to us will instantly slap on an extra £5million.
