Not even a regular in league 1 Coventrys team is he and that Wigan goal is his only goal in over 50 games too.

Just another player signed who we hoped to make a quick buck on who isn't up to standard

But he was a prospect up to the minute Paedew decided to play him on the wing against Benfica.

Incidentally he was man of the match away at Millwall the Saturday before last.  He clearly has regressed but even more clear who is responsible.

Not denying he might of been a prospect. Nothing against him. He is in league 1 for a reason though and I think people like to use him and talk about him way better than he was just as another stick to beat pardew with. There's no need though

Accounts I have heard of Pardew (eg that West Ham PA book) is that he has a vey narrow view of the world and believes in things like positive energy and other daft things.

You can see things like Bigirama's religious requests, Ben Arfa nearly joining that sect, and even Jonas cancer being things that would have freaked out this described version of Pardew, creating negative energies he would have wanted to avoid.

Also from accounts e.g Crumpy of Bigirama's pushing of his Christian mission was very much at odds with a predominantly Muslim or non-religious first team. So I can see how he may have got wrongly ostracised. Football is a narrow minded business, and individual differences are not widely celebrated.

Yeah by all means. But to suggest that has ruined him is ridiculous. If he had the talent and character and was as good as people talk about him on here then he would not be playing in league 1. Maybe at best he could be a steady championship player in future but he isn't good enough for NUFC

He was never seen again after that selection debacle like, was he?

Why is he in league 1 at 22 year old then? Let's see where he ends up in a couple of years. Any quality player with half decent character isn't going to let being played slightly out of position for a game make him end up in league 1.

Surely if he had half the ability people on here say then he would of been picked up by at least another championship team by now.

He looked really good for about half a season, we'll never know how he would have turned out if managed well and given games at a crucial time in his development. To argue the toss about it on a Thursday night when there is no correct answer is beyond tedious.
