Heard one in the pub yesterday in Clitheroe, something to the tune of "Kevin Keegan left the Toon, in a helicopter".

I can't really remember 'cos i was quite drunk. Just remember "Papiss Cisse signed for Toon.." Then something about Senegal and scoring for fun...

Anyone know?

Kevin Keegan left the toon in a heli-copta

He came back with Terry Mac to save us from disaster.

I knew that one btw, just someone changed the words to a Cisse chant, and that's what i didn't know the words to.

Cheik, Cheik, wherever you may be

We've got big Cheik Tiote.

He's fucking hard, and he'll get a yellow card.

Signed from Twente for a low transfer fee.

Papa Cissé Newcastle's number 9

Quite like this one. (apart from the last bit if I'm picky.  :hmm:)

If we're being pedantic, which, after a page of your petty replies it seems we are, the correct tune is:

The animals came in two by two, hurrah hurrah = 13 syllables

His armband proves he was a red Torres Torres = 12 syllables

So it turns out that you aren't right, either. Can we stop this now? It's a bit pathetic tit-for-tat. My song had too many syllables, yours has too few. I doubt it'll make the chronicle front page.

I think it would be nice if we had a little song for Cisse this weekend. Just to make him feel welcome, maybe even before the match starts (so regardless of if he is playing or not). My favorite at the moment is the

Demba one,

Demba two,

We've got more Dembas then you,

etc

But that's not really just for Cisse...  :undecided:
