The line up shows that he definitely has something specific tactically in mind. Hopefully we'll be sitting here at full time talking about how he's played a blinder with his team selection.

We're certainly not going to be passing the ball about much.

 

We don't at the best of times, with that line up it's hard to see past keeping it tight and hoofing it long.

No it doesn't.  He's had to drop Diame to midfield because Shelvey is injured/ill and Murphy is our most in form striker at the moment.

Think about what you've just said though. I take the Shelvey point, but then why's he on the bench? There's no way that Murphy's in ahead of Gayle for that reason, man.

That's fine, but he said 'at the best of times' like we're some long ball side. Not sure what's wrong with people at the moment.
