UEFA Cup Draw Thread

A post I made earlier today on them:

The most famous players at Zulte Waregem are probably Geert De Vlieger (former Man City) and Cedric Roussel (former Coventry and Wolves). Cedric Roussel dreams about a draw against Newcastle and said this about us: "I've played them three times and the atmosphere their fans create is unbelievable. We once played at home with Coventry and beat them 4-0 and they were still dancing. 4000 fans, even though Newcastle is 300 km away! When it comes to atmosphere England is by far the best league in the world. We have very little chance of qualifying for the next round. Then maybe you have your best chance against English teams. Technically and tactically it's not much. Against them the battle is decided physically."

Well, don't count on them making a chance against us. They're playing shit this season and they're only 11th in the Belgian league at this moment. In UEFA Cup they were first very lucky to beat Lokomotiv Moscow and qualify for the group stage. Then they got shock wins against a very poor Austria Wien (battling relegation in Austria) and against Sparta Prague before getting slaughtered by Espanyol and Ajax. What they've already done is by far the biggest achievement of their history, so now they're only hoping for a big team in the next round so they can get a full stadium.

By the way, almost all of their players are amateurs and they just go to work during the day. So they actually have to take time off work to go to their European away games.

Sounds like yeading tbh.

Also note that they will certainly not be playing in their own stadium. So far this season they've played their European home games in Ghent but they may play this one in Bruges.
