Viduyka hasnt had a kick and the bloke marking him looks bloody useful. We have really only had one warm up match so this was a good hit out despite the result. We can go from this address the issues and move on. When we left the world cup we had dramatically improved respect for our game and were taking it to the best in the world. Now we're reduced to scrambling a 90min equaliser against Oman. Yeah there are lots of reasons why things could have been going against us (including the b.s. tactics of Oman) but that's football. At worst we should have been 1-1 by half time, we shouldn't have been anywhere near as bad as that outcome! Viduka was getting shut down, as everytime he held the ball up there was no one running up to provide support and someone to pass off to. Kewel was hopeless. Now watching UAE Vs Vietnam Agreed, i am really impressed by them, they've improved drasticly over the last few years and turned themselfs to a really good team, Emad AlHousani, their striker is one player i am really impressed with, their goalie Ali AlHabsi was actually signed by Sam Allardyce and is Boltons seconed (or third, not really sure) GK. Aye, he looked very unintrested today, as if he was forced to play this match, he was just walking around the whole game Vietnam 2-0 UAE, i was a bit frustrated when our national side lost 5-3 to Vietnam in a pre-tournment friendly, but seeing them today i can understand why, they've been brilliant so far. Fantastic play by Vietnam...Great goals and great team play...UAE were a bit wasteful in front of goal but their number 10 Ismael AlHabsi was really good and skillful...One to watch...
