is this thing on Late Kick Off tonight?

Aye. It was just half an hour of Jose sat in a Liverpool shirt, smoking a cigar. Every time Clem asked him a question, he spat on the twat's bald head and said "Olé".

"1st year is hard, after that I've very happy"

"Miss dog, lot of papers to bring them here, here they strict no? Now they here I am happy"

Fans are amazing. Can't explain what they're like, just watch attend any game.

"They love football. Sometimes even more then their wives"

Is inspired when the fans sing "Jose Jose Jose"

Paraphrasing but.

This team has more fight, with players from the Championship who want to be in the Premier League.

"Next season is technically my last season here. Haven't spoken about contract yet. Maybe this summer, maybe next"

"I'm happy here, want to stay"

bits of the interview on Late Kick Off.  Its conducted by Graham Hunter, who works (or has worked) on Spanish football for Sky...

doesn't drink.  Quiet man.

hard to leave Spain at first, didn't know English.  Happy here now.  When he first came he missed his dog.

each match is amazing, he can't explain (what the fans are like).  Fans here love the football more than their wives.

He knows the chant for him.  It inspires him, but he's already focussed.

Best moment was getting back to the PL.  Enjoyed his goal vs. Forest.  Happy to have scored.

More fight in the team now.  Players that have played in the Championship before have more fight about them (mentions Williamson)

Haven't spoken about the contract yet, says he will see what happens in the summer.  If he has to stay here (Newcastle) he will, he's happy.  He's also happy to stay in England.  Just wants to play football.  Doesn't care where he has to go.

Dunno how to read into it really, it wasn't a resounding 'I want to stay' or 'I want to leave'.

no indication when the interview was done either.  Could well have been done some months ago.

Impossible to tell. They can usually sit on this for stuff for months.

If he wants to stay he'll sign another contract. If he wants to go, which is entirely his prerogative, then he'll go this summer. Ball's in his court.
