Keegan said it all. Ashley's biggest problem is that he knows nothing about football and surrounds himself with people who also know nothing about football. They're all business men not football fans.

Not sure how Siem De Jong would fit into our team. We have one quality winger and only one quality striker. Signing him means we can't play either 4-3-3 or 4-4-2 effectively.
