There's also the fact he is incapable of lasting more than 20-30 minutes. Yes, he did some decent things in the first half but what happened after that and in the last 20 especially will overshadow his overall 'performance'.
Not surprising the whole team had to give up on the game once he was alone up top.
Nice that. Also good to see BBC changed their photo caption here: http://news.bbc.co.uk/sport2/hi/football/16567154.stm
Someone posted it earlier and it said something about Ben Arfa frustrating the home crowd all afternoon.
No, agreed that's when it started getting embarrassing for Wilkins as he kept going on about it.
Meant about the way Cabaye was down then up to moan and went back down again. Once it lasted and lasted, clearly something wasn't right.
It's obvious why he said that to be fair (about Cabs). Would have thought the same had it been another team.
Once it became clear something really was wrong with Cabaye there was no reason not to say you were wrong. But he didn't. That was the most cuntish part.
He painted himself into a corner with the Cabaye thing. Could have easily just backtracked and admit he was wrong but he never did and it just got worse and worse for him after that.
A bit harsh, it certainly isn't luck but there does seem to be an air of defiance about him. Like he wants to win in spite of not playing HBA, or leaving Shola on the pitch...
