Been thinking this for a while too. Was going to wait until the end of the season and get a cheap Carroll one. Until "the incident" that is.

Still like the design of the kit, way it looks on the players. Obviously the material is what needs improving.

Also, we should get a new thread for the new, 11-12 kits

Shearer's shooting, striking technique and awareness were never better than Ronaldo's, man. That's incredible bias.

 

Ronaldo was also stronger in his prime than Shearer was in his own.

Would disagree only on the shooting technique. Ronaldo was better at creating positions to shoot from but Shearer's technique of striking the ball from close, far, volleys, no first touch... is one of the few things he had over R9.
