He was good at chatting shit, though.
-
The last 5 minutes or ten minutes including the stoppage were pretty tense.
-
if we are a "homer" side, i hope its true and we win the lot
Been reading this all over and it's not really true though as we have only won 4 out of 13.
It's all relative though when talking about this team. "Homer" meaning not necessarily winning, but playing non horrifically bad like away

I'd say anyone advocating a new contract for him wants dropping on their head, like.
If he keeps fit until the end of the season I'd say it's a no brainer
Ahh, but exactly that's the classic Saylor trap.
-
As it stands, we have the best goal difference out of the bottom 4. Only just. Makes a change to previous seasons where we've been way behind. But yeah, that needs to remain.
-
Can you make a substitution once time is up and before the shootout? I thought not, but don't know about the above.
-
He's always good against teams like WBA at home.
Well, there was a time it was quite the opposite. He only turned it on against the ManU or Chelsea.
-
He was actively playing forward and pushing the team to go forward. Linked well with Shelvey for some interplay at times too.
Putting you know who to shame.
-
He's the record man. Record maaaaaaannn.

Torres finally gets his 100th goal for Atletico, the useless fuck.
Saw earlier that they're wearing some Chinese themed shirts. Blatantly trying to get a mental bid from out East for Torres.
They are 25% owned by Chinese.
... I did not know that
-
We were playing against Newcastle's away team today. 0 shots on target, 31% possession.
-
Pretty sure he thinks substitutions are only there to wind the clock down like.
Yeap. Always waits until very late in a set up like today and then does the "managery" thing of late subs. We were dying for fresh blood a good 20 minutes before that.
Ecstatic with the result but worried about how the win was "managed".
-
Well done to this lad today. Professional display

Sissoko and Janmaat... fantastic energy levels.
-
He's not going to do anything until the 85th, man
-
Especially now they've got a fresh player up front. Make a change McClaren, man!
-
Time for Perez and Doumbia to enter the fray please.
-
Think we should definitely get Doumbia out there for a good 25 minutes... not too who should come off though.

Agbangthewhore.

Hope McClaren dares make a change as soon as we look like getting stale. Not wait until it's too late.
-
Would rather Palace lose now... But can easily make peace of a 1-1 when it's all over. Decent result for us.

The linesman must have known they were offside, but might not have known if they were interfering with the flight of the ball. The ref might not have known they were offside, just that the flight of the ball was very close to Mitrovic. Talk to one another = right answer.
Exactly.
The commentators were going as if once the linesman chooses not to waive his stick of righteousness in the first 10 seconds after the incident, that's it there's to be no discussion as to whether there's a correct decision to be made.
The problem here is that Mitrovic was 6 yards offside. Ref must have seen that, it was so obvious.
Sure it looks obvious now... But the question was whether Mitro interfered, which the linesman wouldn't have known for sure. The ref will have assumed Mitro was off, but since the linesman didn't raise the flag he has to make sure.
There was a stoppage in play anyway, so easy to just go over and discuss it.
